Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage content strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, email, etc.).
Work closely with founders and design/product teams to align marketing with business goals and product releases.
Lead social media calendar planning, copywriting, and campaign execution.
Manage and grow our online community by engaging with users and amplifying their feedback.
Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize for reach and conversion.
Support brand partnerships, media relations, and other awareness initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred — but not required. Candidates with strong marketing experience, regardless of degree, are welcome.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, content, or social media. Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content planning, and brand building. Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or similar).
Analytical Ability: Comfortable with basic performance tracking, interpreting insights, and iterating based on results.Soft
Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized, proactive, and creative. Strong ownership mentality.
