Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn).
Support branding efforts by contributing to messaging, visual storytelling, and content direction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, founders) to align marketing with business goals.
Monitor basic engagement metrics and compile performance insights to support campaign decisions.
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform content planning.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background:Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred — but not required. Relevant marketing experience (even through personal projects or freelance work) is equally valued.
Experience: Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn. Prior experience in content creation, community management, or branding is a plus.
Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media strategy, and content planning. Bonus if familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment and learn.
Initiative: Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
