Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn).

  • Support branding efforts by contributing to messaging, visual storytelling, and content direction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, founders) to align marketing with business goals.

  • Monitor basic engagement metrics and compile performance insights to support campaign decisions.

  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform content planning.

Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Educational Background:Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred — but not required. Relevant marketing experience (even through personal projects or freelance work) is equally valued.

  2. Experience: Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn. Prior experience in content creation, community management, or branding is a plus.

  3. Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media strategy, and content planning. Bonus if familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite.

  4. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment and learn.

  5. Initiative: Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
